Penile Secrets - Natural Penis Enlargement


Hello there, my name is Daniel Miller,and I'm a penis enlargement junkie. I have, for several months, been researching and testing penis enlargement products. A Man's Penis - The Facts

I'd like to share a few facts out there about the average male penis. Sorry to do this:


  • 99% of all men have a smaller weaker penis than they COULD have.
  • Most women have never received an orgasm during intercourse, and nearly 75% admit they are dissatisfied with their partners performance.
  • Nearly all men would increase their size if they knew how.
  • By the age of 30, most all men can't gain an erection 1/5 of the time they could when they were 20.
  • Majority of us men have poor blood flow to our penises.
  • 30 Million men in the US suffer from ED.
  • 85% of men can't have intercourse for more than 3 minutes without ejaculating.
  • The BIG one - the average male erect penis is only slightly bigger than 6 inches. Nearly 90% of men are in that range.

Here's the good news. Men can change this and they can change it without buying expensive pills, creams, machines, or whatever other infomercial product you've seen at 3 in the morning. Penis exercises can and do change this. I can say this proudly: not one of those bullet points above applies to me or my penis. I've grown from just under 6 inches to nearly 8 inches, and I did it naturally on my own time, mostly while watching TV or surfing the Internet. It's easy and even sometimes fun, not to mention it works. Start off slow and build up from there, and in a few months, you'll have a penis to be proud of while swinging it around in front of the mirror, I know I do!

Penis Exercises - How Does It Work?

So, you went to you've been reading these exercises on my site and decided to try out the Penile Secrets program (which I suggest everyone starting a program do for at least a month), but now you're sitting infront of the TV watching Family Guy while doing the Jelq. A thought races into your mind. How does this work? Two words: Corpora Cavernosa

The penis is broken up into 3 different chambers; the top 2 being caleed the Corpora Cavernosa. These two large chambers fill with blood whenever you get an erection. Penile exercises alone stretch these two chambers, effectively breaking down the cell walls. When these cells regenereate they add to the length and girth of the penis, making it larger. These 2 chambers can then fill with more blood, for bigger erections. Think of stretch marks; stretch mark are the result of cells regenerating at a slower pace than they are breaking apart. I'm not say you are going to have stretch marks on your penis, as the regeneration happens inside the Corpora Cavernosa. The actual penis does not stretch.

Penile Confidence - The Mirror Swing

So I just got out of the shower, dried off a bit, and walked out into the hallway where my girlfriend has set up her full body length mirror. What do I do? Snap off my towel and swing my penis in 360 degree circles, followed by the back and forth belly smack. Yea, once you've been doing these exercises for a few months I have no doubt you'll do it too. At least once!

So whats the topic of this post? Its about confidence. Being men, most of us can tie a certain portion of our confidence to our penis. It's sad, but true. A lot of the men out their with gigantic penises act a bit, well, cocky (pun intended). Good thing is, I believe I've bypassed this cockiness by starting out with my average 6 inch penis and working my way up to the current 8 inches. Therefore I'm not cocky, I'm confident, and I want you to be confident too. No one out their should be ashamed because of the size of their penis, why? Because you can take control, grab it by the hand, and stretch your way to confidence.

Start a program today, for whatever cause you have. It might not even be because you want your penis to be bigger, perhaps you just want to last longer, or stay hard during intercourse. Exercises - The Modified Jelq




Ok, you've been doing penile exercises for the past week or so. I bet you're getting a bit tired of watching CSI and pulling on your penis aren't you? I know I was. Let me introduce you into a modifcation of the Jelq then. Spice it up a bit. It all starts out the same as the regular Jelq but adds a twist on the end. When you reach the end of the regular Jelq, you hold it. That's right, hold the Jelq; here's some more detailed instructions;

  1. Get some lubrication so you can slide your grip down your penis shaft easily.
  2. Warm your penis up till it's semi-erect. Basically you want it as erect as you can get it, but not so much that you can't bend it easily.
  3. Starting at the base of the penis, make your index finger and and thumb into an OK sign and grab the your penis.
  4. Push your hand down the shaft towards the head of the penis. It should feel like you are milking the penis, or pushing the blood way from the base.
  5. When you reach the end, instead of starting over like the regular Jeql, hold the position at the end for about ten seconds. Let go with that hand and then start over with the other. Repeat.
  6. Do this for about 5 or so minutes the first time. You can increase the amount of time during each session, slowly building up the amount of Jeqls till you reach around 200 or so.

As you can see it's very similar to the regular Jelq. You won't get as tired doing it this way, so you can do it for longer than usual. If you want you can mix it up; perhaps do ten regular Jelq's then ten modified hold Jelq's. May favorite is to do ten regular followed by one hold at the end, as it helps me keep count.

I always recommend starting a program when someone asks about penis exercises. I find most people like to go out and over do it their first time, or do it the wrong way and end up injuring their penis. Exercises - The PC Muscle Contraction


Image you are standing in the mall bathroom, urinating. Now stop. Stop urinating. Did you feel that? That muscle you used? That's called the PC muscle, and its one of the most important muscles you want to train if you want to improve sexual performance. They might not contribute directly to penile size gain, but if you don't incorporate this exercise into your penis exercise program, then you are really missing out on some benefits. These include:

1)Easy and harder erections

2)Longer more pleasurable orgasms

3)Greater control over ejaculation

4)Lasting longer during intercourse

To do this exercise, just use the visualization I provided. Contract the muscle for a few seconds then let go. Keep doing them over and over till you can't do them anymore. Try to increase the length of the hold till you feel its really working the muscle.

They me say it again: you have to incorporate this exercise if you are actively doing a penile enlargement program. They can be done anywhere any time. In front of the computer/TV, while driving, in class, even at the family reunion! Mix it up a bit if you get bored. Do them to the beat of a song or see how long you can hold it.

Here's one secret I've come up with while performing this exercise: right before you ejaculate, practice this exercise. See if you can stop the ejaculation, if you can, then congratulations, you have created such a strong PC muscle that you can now control how long you last in bed. Rock on you porn star you!
